1.) SHIPPING & DELIVERY
The products will be shipped within 7 - 12 business days (for other countries 10- 15 days), because every headpiece is hand-dyed and made to order. If you need your order sooner, please notice us, and we will made it to priority.
If you order an unique headpiece (for example: headband in different size/color) it may take a little long. If you order a hat it may take 4- 5 weeks because every hat and other headpieces are made and crafted by hand.
The shipping cost is calculated, based on Slovenian Post (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.) price list.

* We are not responsible for packages that are lost, missing, or delivered to the incorrect address. Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order and that you will be available to receive your order upon delivery. Shipping fees are non refundable and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
2. ) PAYMENT OPTIONS
All of the products can be payed through Paypal and Stripe. You can use Visa, MasterCard or American Express to pay by Paypal.
You can also pay via Bank transfer or the Delivery of parcels and postal matter paid on delivery. If you want to use any of these options please contact us - [email protected].
- This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol(SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
3.) RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order we will accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. All returns must be in their original packaging that came with it and unworn. When you return your order:
1.) we can exchange your items with another one
2.) we can return your money (via Paypal, Slovenian post (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.) or via Bank transfer).
3.) we can give you a gift car with the amount of your order

- All items purchased on promotion or sale are final sale only, so they are not returnable.
- When you return your order, it will take 14 days to refund your order, when the returned items have been received.
- Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.
- If there was a mistake on the part of Bohoheadwear, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. You have 6 months for a right to return if there was found a mistake by Bohoheadwear.
* We don't accept an items that are damaged by your fault, and we are not obligated to return you money or exchange you an item.
- How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?
All products are made and crafted by hand. We design and made our headpieces in our studio. We carefully chose different fabrics and other materials and we aimed to buy all materials locally. If we can't buy them from our local shops, we order fabrics from the best supply stores in the United Kindom.
