Returns and refunds

If you are unsatisfied with your order we will accept your return within 14 days of your order's arrival. All returns must be in their original packaging that came with it and unworn. When you return your order: 
1.)  we can exchange your items with another one
2.)  we can return your money (via Paypal, Slovenian post (Pošta Slovenije d.o.o.) or via Bank transfer).
3.)  we can give you a gift car with the amount of your order
Please email with your return request within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.

*we don't return money for custom made orders, where we are making a hat based on your size/wishes (hats, headpieces).
We give you a gift card / or you can choose a different headwear for the amount of your order.

- All items purchased on promotion or sale are final sale only, so they are not returnable.

- When you return your order, it will take 14 days to refund your order, when the returned items have been received. 

- Clients are responsible for return shipping charges.

- If there was a mistake on the part of Bohoheadwear, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges. You have 6 months for a right to return if there was found a mistake by Bohoheadwear.

* We don't accept an items that are damaged by your fault, and we are not obligated to return you money or exchange you an item.
